As of March 16th, 2020 all ImmediaDent locations have permanently closed.
Now that all 33 ImmediaDent locations have permanently closed, all former patients must seek care from other providers. If using dental insurance you can contact your carrier using the phone number on the back of your insurance card. All patients are advised to also click here to find an ADA Member Dentist near you to provide continuous and emergency care.
If your new Dentist requires your records, please complete the Records Request Form and email to  billing@immediadent.com.
