Insurance Information
ImmediaDent is in-network with most major dental insurance plans. We believe that navigating insurance should not be a source of stress for our patients, which is why our office staff handles the verification and claims process on your behalf. All you need to do is bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to your visit, and we will take care of the rest.
How Insurance Works at ImmediaDent
When you arrive at one of our locations, our front desk team will verify your insurance coverage and benefits in real time. Before any treatment begins, we will provide you with an estimate of what your insurance is expected to cover and what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be. This way, there are no financial surprises after your visit.
After your treatment is completed, we file the insurance claim directly with your provider. Any payments owed by your insurance company are handled between our office and the insurer. You are only responsible for your copay, deductible, or any portion of the treatment not covered by your plan.
Commonly Accepted Plans
We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans, including but not limited to:
- Delta Dental
- MetLife
- Cigna
- Aetna
- United Healthcare Dental
- Guardian
- Humana
- Principal
- Ameritas
- Many state Medicaid dental plans
This list is not exhaustive. If you do not see your plan listed, please call (555) 555-0100 and our team will check whether your plan is accepted at our locations.
No Insurance? No Problem.
We understand that not everyone has dental insurance, and we do not want that to prevent anyone from receiving care. ImmediaDent offers competitive self-pay rates for all of our services. Our pricing is transparent, and we will always discuss costs with you before treatment begins so you can make an informed decision.
We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for dental care.
Maximizing Your Benefits
Most dental insurance plans operate on a calendar year basis, meaning your benefits reset on January 1st. If you have unused benefits remaining, consider scheduling treatment before the end of the year to avoid losing them. Our staff can help you understand your remaining benefits and plan accordingly.
