I am beyond pleased with this place. Broke a tooth and needed immediate care to fix it before the upcoming weekend. Called what seemed like every dentist in Lexington with 0 luck. They were booked when I called them but offered to call me if they had any openings. The woman called me back an hour later with an appointment for me. Was back in the back within 15 min and total time there was 2 hours, and only due to an emergency with another patient that the Dr had to attend to. My dentist Taylor was phenomenal. I have extreme fear of dentists and have not gone in years bc of this. I will be a regular patient of Taylor’s now, after this experience. My tooth looks perfect! Will recommend this business to anyone I know that is in need of a dentist.

The nurse was really nice and understanding. I felt like they really cared about helping me. I was happy that they could get me in for my emergency the same day I called. The Dr. did a great job and made me feel comfortable. He was kind to the staff and I could tell it was a positive environment. The facility was clean, and it was an all around good visit.

Yesterday I noticed some discomfort in my mouth which escalated to a swollen lower jaw by the night time. I was considering an emergency room visit then or waiting to to go to an urgent care clinic in the morning. I decided to wait it out to avoid emergency room waits and fees. By this morning, I had a more swollen jaw and red, swollen patches on my skin creeping about halfway up my face. Since I recently moved to Lexington, I don't yet have a regular dental provider to call in this kind of situation. I didn't know that urgent dental care clinics were a thing, but lo and behold, they are. I was wary of trying this location because of some negative online reviews, but I figured I could always head to the emergency room if I wasn't comfortable with the care. I went right as the location opened at 9AM. There was one other walk-in ahead of me and a few regular scheduled appointments (they provide routine dental care as well). The front desk staff were friendly enough and most of the check-in info is collected on a computer in the lobby. Take a photo of your dental insurance card before turning it over because the computer asked for that info, but the front desk still had my card when I was at the computer. Within 20 minutes of completing their check-in process, I was in a chair in the back getting x-rays. The total time from walking in the door to starting to receive care was about 45 minutes. The x-rays/exam confirmed that I have an abscess. The dentist (Dr. Bates) and assistants seemed competent and did a good job of explaining what they were doing/next steps. They referred me to a local endodontist for a root canal because the abscess is under a crown. The one they referred me to had good reviews online and was able to fit me in tomorrow. My appointment here was fully covered by my insurance plan in my case, making it the clear financial winner over either the emergency room or urgent care (I am on the UK high Delta Dental plan). Overall, I was happy with the expediency of the process and care provided at this location. If you are having a dental emergency, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance!

I had a very new and pleasant experience at ImmadiaDent. I really dread going to the dentist and right away the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The visit was very "light", and not intense for me. They accommodated me with a treatment plan that fit me needs, so when it came time for the procedures to be done, I was at ease, and comfortable. They take their time with each patient, and deliver excellent care for an overall great dental experience. Thank you ImmediaDent staff!
